Pan-seared duck breast, fig and balsamic gastrique, duck fat and herb-roasted potatoes, roasted tri-color cauliflower, paired with Josh Cellars Pinot Noir.
4th Course
Dark chocolate lava cake, vanilla bean crème anglais, Amarena cherry gelato, white chocolate whipped cream, paired with Josh Cellars Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon.
