The house was built in 1910 and, while it has been updated with modern amenities, it has maintained much of it's original character. We were absolutely thrilled when we found the original 1910 wood floors hidden under wall to wall carpeting. We hired a Hamilton-based company to restore the floors to their original glory. The house sits on one acre of land with a small portion off of the back deck securely fenced for dogs. The house has 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms, a 4 car driveway and 2 car garage (one bay is available to guests). The garage has an air compressor for car or mountain bike tires.
The house is located right in between the Brookfield Trail System (3 miles) and Colgate University (4 miles) on Larkin Road.
