The Oneida Rail Trail (ORT) is a non-motorized, multi-use system following three former rail corridors—the New York Central, Oneida Railway, and New York, Ontario & Western lines. It loops around the City of Oneida, connecting with the Erie Canalway Trail (ECT) and Lenox Rail Trail (LRT) to form the Greater Oneida Area Trails Network. Enjoy 6–18 mile loops, historic signage, and a safe, mostly off-road experience.
